Biographical SummaryNorma S. Garza, (principal) is a certified public accountant who received an undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Norma has over 25 years of experience working in the public and private accounting (including tax) sector. She served as the director of marketing and outreach for a pediatric therapy center in Shanghai and Beijing, China (2011-2012).
