My professional experience is in providing value and resources for adults realize that dream body that's locked away in their imagination. I do this through the power of 30 minute group fitness sessions for busy people (general population and corporations). My goals at all time is to help busy people get fit and no longer be afraid of the mirror when naked. Also to help business recognize that their bottom line is directly affected by the health of their staff.
