I'm a Technology-Specialized Corporate and Venture Capital Attorney in Austin. My practice focuses on representing tech entrepreneurs and emerging growth companies for formation, angel and venture capital financings, acquisitions, and complex corporate & commercial transactions. In addition to my legal practice, I serve as CTO @ MEMN; leveraging technology and creative business processes to (i) deliver clients a user experience and level of efficiency without parallel in the legal industry, while also (ii) ensuring attorneys' billings aren't burned to feed a bloated law firm bureaucracy. We're showing the market that large, traditional law firms are no longer needed for receiving top-tier, full-service legal counsel.
