Bio

Justin founded VoterTrove in 2012 after spending nearly 15 years managing and analyzing voter data for Republican candidates for state legislative, congressional, and statewide office in Connecticut. In 2001, he served as the principal analyst on reapportionment for Connecticut's Senate Republican caucus. In 2011, he worked as the lead consultant on the reapportionment effort for the Senate Republicans. Justin also oversaw digital media efforts for the members of the Connecticut State Senate Republican Caucus from 2002 to 2011.Justin leveraged his extensive experience working with voter data to lead product development on VoterTrove, a voter database management and voter contact, cloud-based application.VoterTrove allows Republican campaigns to manage their voter data and also target, implement, and measure outreach initiatives across direct mail, phone bank, canvassing, email, text messaging, robocall and autopoll programs, all in one application.He has presented on VoterTrove to Republican candidates and conservative organizations at an Americans for Tax Reform meeting in Washington, D.C.. VoterTrove has also been profiled on TechPresident, a leading blog on the convergence of politics and technology.VoterTrove is currently headquartered at Capital Factory in Austin, TX, a technology startup community hosting some of the most innovative and exciting tech startups in the country. Justin received a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Rhode Island and an M.S. in Interactive Communications from Quinnipiac University. He currently resides in Austin, Texas.
