To download the agenda click here  Dates: 1& 2 October 2019  Start Time: 9am  Location: Catalyst Ranch, Chicago, IL  Agenda * Subject to change October 1st  8:30am Breakfast and registration   9:00am Welcome  9:15am Keynote  10:00am Company Updates from Symplectic, Figshare, Altmetric and Dimensions  11:00am Break  11:30am Gathering new insights: How to use our tools/data to drive institutional strategy (PANEL) 12:30pm Lunch Break  1:30pm - 3:30pm Concurrent Sessions *Each session will run for approximately 30 minutes *You are encouraged to mix and match between tracks depending on your interests  Track 1:  Whats new with Elements?  The Elements Roadmap  Combining Elements and Dimensions to explore your data  Track 2:  Institutional Use Cases & Dimensions Dissemination in Action: Using the Altmetric Explorer to Inform Your Strategy Figshare: Whats new & Roadmap  3:30pm Break  4:00pm Speed Networking This is a one of a kind, can't miss session where each participant is paired up in a 7 minute speed networking session. In the session participants will be asked to describe thier use case of one or more DS products that they subscribe to currently. If you share the same use case, talk about your future plans instead! If you do not currently have any products, describe why you are considering one or more of the DS products. At the end of the session you will hopefully come away with new ideas and some new connections!  5:15pm Debrief & End Day 1  5:30pm Drinks Reception - Location TBD  October 2nd  8:30am Breakfast and Registration  9:00am Client Ignite sessions Invited clients will present on any one of many possible topics. Examples Include: Problem/Resolution eg. working with DS to solve an internal problem Desired Outcomes Overcoming a Challenge eg. working with or without a mandate Supporting an institutional initiative eg. Open Access Making evidence based decisions using DS suite of tools 9:45am - 4:00 pm Concurrent Sessions  *Each session will run for approx. 1 hour *You are encouraged to mix and match between tracks depending on your interests *There will be a 15 minute break at 10:45am, Lunch will be at 12:15pm; and a final 15 minute afternoon break will begin at 3:00pm Track 1:  Workshop: The Future of Elements Reporting  ORCID & Elements - the next phase of the integration Workshop: Symplectic Services - Hosting, Reporting and extended support Elements, the Discovery Module & Curating Public Profiles Working with the Elements Assessment Module (client presentations) Workshop: Community Feedback session on upcoming Elements development Track 2:  Workshop: Building an effective engagement strategy (This session will include all Digital Science products) Exploring Open Access with Dimensions Elements: Open Access & Repository integrations Dimensions Workshop  Figshare Workshop  Altmetric Workshop  4:15pm Wrap up & End
