The 2019 Bay Area Postdoc Symposium: Discover Leadership, Aspire to Inspire! will focus on growing leaders in science by helping attendees build skills and understand the progressive, forward-thinking, and entrepreneurial mindset required of a leader in tomorrow’s scientific community. Over 200 postdocs will participate in professional development workshops, will learn leadership fundamentals during talks from prominent scientists, and most importantly, will collaborate with postdocs from across the entire Bay Area.
