Join us for a presentation on "Managing Third Party Risk" by Michelle Chance. The technology world we live in demands third party oversight. Third Party Risk management has become its own ecosystem with new tools, certifications, regulations, job titles and departments. Michelle will explore the unique risks of third party remote access and best practices across industries for incorporating vendor privileged access management into the foundations of a third party risk program. Michelle has always been an adrenaline junky and risk taker. She didn’t realize she would build a career around managing and avoiding IT risk. She has been in the trenches consulting, training and executing privileged remote access and identity solutions for vendors for the last 6 years. In that time she has successfully implemented secure and compliant solutions in some of the largest, most complex organizations around the world in industries such as healthcare, gaming, legal, finance, government and retail. Her background as an IT Director in the financial industry as well as broad experience as an IT Infrastructure Consultant and Communications Officer in the Air Force have given her unique insight and solution engineering skills invaluable to navigating complex third party risk scenarios.
