North Dakota Petroleum Council Presents: 2-Day Emerging Leader Program Bismarck- April 30 & May 1, 2019 This 2-Day curriculum includes topics designed to enhance your leadership skills including: Self Mastery:To be a successful leader, Self-Mastery is key. During this module you will:• Learn about yourself, and others• Understand Management styles, and when to use them• Know how to use Vision, Mission & Values when leading others Change Mastery:Success doesn’t come without change. This module includes tools and strategies to:• Understand the impact of change• Support and prepare others for change• Deal with resistance using a simple and proven 4-step model Engagement & Accountability Mastery:Learn how to delegate, leverage and engage others in a way that drives accountability and results. During this module you will learn to:• Engage others with VISION with peers, direct reports and leaders• Conduct highly effective 1-on-1’s with team members• iSmart goal setting Communication & People Mastery:All leaders want to give effective feedback, handle conflict and grow influence. Cancellations received in writing less than two weeks prior to the workshop date will receive a credit voucher to be applied to another Envision Group workshop within one calendar year. Non-attendance ("no-show") counts as cancellation on the day and will not receive a registration fee refund. Envision Group reserves the right to cancel workshop due to insufficient registration.
