This half day seminar will discuss mental health awareness and strategies for promoting healthy and productive teams within the workplace. This seminar is targeting supervisors and managers without mental health experience or training. Key Topics: Mental Health Awareness Creating Healthy Supportive Workplaces Impact of Mental Health on Business/Teams Presenters: Bill Burns is a licensed psychologist and is currently in his 12th year as the director of the NDSU Counseling Center. Bill has provided Mental Health First Aid training for nearly 10 years and has held leadership roles at other agencies/associations. Natalie Reiter is a licensed professional clinical counselor and owner/operator of Prairieland Counseling Services LLC. Natalie has over 10 years of experience in the mental health field in a variety of roles. This seminar is an event that originated from the Community Change Initiative project through the FMWF Chamber Leadership Program.
