BarCamp s an ad-hoc un-conference born from the desire for people to share and learn in an open environment. It is an intense event with discussions, demos and interaction from attendees. All attendees must give a demo, a session, or help with one. There is no pre-printed agenda. The agenda is built that day and may morph through the camp as people gather, talk and share. Some of the best conversations happen in the hallways. No formal presentations or pitching is allowed. Everyone present decides what they want to learn/talk about and a board is built with sessions to help members know where to find others wanting to share about similar topics. Anyone with something to contribute or with the desire to learn is welcome and invited to join. When you come, be prepared to share with barcampers. When you leave, be prepared to share it with the world.
