Join us for the MCW Cancer Center 2019 Scientific Retreat and Cancer Collaborative! We are thrilled to announce our keynote speaker, Dr. Douglas Lowy, Deputy Director of the National Cancer Institute. Dr. Lowy will be giving a talk titled: “Control of HPV-Associated Cancer by Vaccination and Screening” In addition to the keynote address, the retreat will feature scientific presentations from our research program leaders, researchers and physician scientists, a poster session for trainees, mentees, lab staff and MCWCC pilot grant awardees, and a Cancer Collaborative celebration that includes a lakefront happy hour from Bartolotta's, member and staff recognition, raffle prizes for attendees and announcements of the poster award winners and the recipients of the Directors' Award for Highly Promising Peer Reviewed Cancer Research.
