The 2019 March LIGO-Virgo Collaboration Meeting will be held Monday through Thursday, 18-21 March 2019 at the Grand Geneva Resort and Spa, Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. A satellite Coatings Workshop will be take place on Friday, 22 March 2019. Early Bird Registration is $525 through December 15. General Registration is $575 after December 15 and through March 1. Late Registration is $600 starting March 2, 2019. Breakfast and lunch will be provided Monday through Thursday along with morning and afternoon breaks. There will be a reception and poster session on Tuesday, 19 March at 6:00 pm, main lodge, in the Evergreen. A banquet will be held on Wednesday, 20 March at 7:00 pm in the Forum of the main lodge. Please note dietary restrictions or other required accommodations on the registration form. Attendees are strongly encouraged to stay at the Grand Geneva where a block of rooms has been reserved for this event. The conference rate in the Grand Geneva’s main lodge is $109 per night. Additional reduced room rates are also available at their Villas and Timber Ridge Lodge and Waterpark. The Grand Geneva offers childcare at their Kids Are Grand recreational center. This event is hosted by the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee's Leonard E. Parker Center for Gravitation, Cosmology & Astrophysics.
