The goal of this forum is to inform and discuss the rise of Faith-Based Development in New York State in support of affordable-housing and mixed-use development. The panelists will address the legal, technical, financial and social implications that must be well planned for the success of mission-driven development. Panelists include experts from all areas of development including title insurance, finance and law. The moderator, Osei Rubie of National Standard Abstract, will also function as a panelist, sharing insight regarding title insurance throughout the panel.
