Certified disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) businesses will have the opportunity to: Meet with rail industry prime contractors representing engineering, design and construction firms. Meet with procurement experts from the railroads. Learn about bid opportunities related to the CREATE Program, including the 75th Street Corridor Improvement Project. Attend a workshop on how to become a certified railroad contractor. Meet exhibitors and other DBEs.
