In Course 3, we continue our coverage of the Practice of real estate. With case studies, group discussions and lectures, students will become more competent and comfortable : Completing purchase contracts Setting up closings Reviewing addenda Styles and architecture of housing Reviewing a Title Commitment This 30 hour course is the final course work needed before applying for a Minnesota Real Estate license. This course has been approved by the MN Department of Commerce for 30 hours of real estate prelicense education.
