Join us in Jacksonville for this premier resource sharing event. OCLC invites all ILL professionals to Jacksonville, Florida, US, to share the latest in resource sharing, including innovative approaches to patron service and interlibrary loan workflows. In its third year, this exciting event continues to grow. In 2018, more than 400 library leaders and staff participated—from seven countries, 46 US states, Washington DC, Puerto Rico, and five Canadian provinces. Join us at this year’s conference to celebrate our strong community of ILL librarians and 40 years of OCLC interlibrary loan services. You’ll find ways to improve operational efficiency, save time, and better connect end users to the information they need. It’s a unique opportunity to interact with a very knowledgeable community of ILL professionals. Conference fees include: Access to all conference sessions and programs Transportation (for conference registrants only) from the Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) to the conference hotel on Monday/Tuesday and back on Thursday/Friday A Tuesday lunch voucher to the Market in the Hyatt Lobby ($15 value) Tuesday evening reception Breakfast and lunch on Wednesday and Thursday Note: Dine-arounds will not be offered this year. Instead, we will hold a special dinner event on Wednesday evening at the Hyatt Regency. This event is optional and requires separate registration and a $10 fee.   Join the IDS Project on Tuesday, March 19, for an introduction to ILL workshop where seasoned ILL librarians will share their best practices as well as some tips and tricks to get you well on your way with ILL. Content will include: Brief Introduction Borrowing Lending Statistics & Assessment Copyright Brief Closing Remarks This workshop is free of charge, but you must register to attend.
