You are invited to the Katy Area HAR Christmas Networking Luncheon Auction Thursday, December 13th, 2018 The Cinco Ranch Golf Club 23030 Cinco Ranch Blvd Katy, TX 77450 Networking begins at 11:00am – Doors to the Dining Room Open at 11:15am, as well as, Check-In Meeting will start promptly at 12pm RSVP deadline is Tuesday, 12/11 by 12pm. No reservations will be accepted after this time. See RSVP Policy below. Please RSVP as soon as possible by clicking on the Eventbrite link and registering for a seat: *Will be accepting check, cash, or credit cards for Auction Items* New for 2018 for REALTORS! As you enter the meeting, each advertiser will have a table in the foyer area for you to visit. This table will be staffed and have all of their promotional items and literature. We encourage Realtor attendees to visit with each advertiser prior to entering the meeting room. Realtors, please bring extra business cards as each advertiser will have their own receptacle to collect cards and each advertiser will draw from the cards submitted directly to their table for their door prize. The Affiliate door prize will continue to be drawn from the affiliate cards collected at the reception table. RSVP Policy: Reservations: We can accept 150 reservations. After 150 we will place you on the waiting list and notify if a seat becomes available. HAR members who arrive without an RSVP will be asked to wait to see if there are seats available. Cancellations: All cancellations must be made by the RSVP deadline (Tuesday, 12/11 at 12pm) If you cancel after the deadline and we cannot fill your seat, we will request payment for your lunch. No-Shows: If you RSVP and don’t attend, we will still be paying for your meal, and we will be passing this cost on to you for payment.
