If you are an Exhibitor CLICK HERE.  View Registration FAQ's and Full Refund Policy --> HOW DO I PAY BY CHECK?  When completing your online registration, under "Payment Method", select "Pay by check" in the dropdown box, Click "PAY BY CHECK" on the bottom of the page. Mail check to:  Electronic Resources & Libraries, LLCPO Box 1999Oak Park, IL 60304 - Payments must be received by our office within 30 days of original purchase or registration will be cancelled and attendee must re-register at the prevailing rate. - Refund Policy is applicable to check payments as well. --> HOW DO I REQUEST AN INVOICE?  When completing your online registration, under "Payment Method", select "Pay by invoice" in the dropdown box, Click "PAY BY CHECK" on the bottom of the page. - Invoices are sent bi-weekly via email to the ticket holder.  - Payments must be received by our office within 30 days of date on invoice or registration will be cancelled and attendee must re-register at the prevailing rate. - Refund Policy is applicable to invoice payments as well. --> REFUND DATES Before 12/1/18 - Full refund, less a $50 processing fee  After 2/1/2019 - Refunds will not be allowed after this date. All refund requesters will be provided the online access as an alternative with no additional refund. See full refund policy under link above.
