Festival Hours Thursday, October 11: 5pm - 10pm (Free Admission)  Friday, October 12: 11am - 10pm (Free Admission til 4pm) Saturday, October 13: 11am - 10pm Sunday, October 14: 11am - 6pm   Location & Parking The Houston Italian Festival will be held on the grounds of the University of St. Thomas. Visitors may park in the Moran Center Parking Garage for $5.00 per day.
