Join us in Toronto, November 13-14, 2018 for a lively two-day event focusing on improving metadata, and what that means for the scholarly community. Everyone is welcome—researchers, editors, journal and book people, publishing execs, tool-makers, librarians, funders, and that goes for Crossref members as well as just the metadata-curious. It will be two full days packed with a mixture of plenary sessions, break out sessions, interactive activities, entertainment, and the results of our 2018 board election. We will provide the most important updates about our services, and share our vision and strategies for the future, as well as hear from some impressive guest speakers. There will be opportunities to mingle with the Crossref team (and special guests), discuss trends in scholarly communications, and preview of some exciting things we’re working on.
