LaGuardia Community College is offering a one-day “boot camp” for students who are registered for SCB203 Human Anatomy and Physiology I DATE: Tuesday September 4th from 8:30 am to 3:30pm -- Room: E-242 (2nd floor of E-building) Students who participate in this interactive workshop will have a chance to learn good study skills, improve their reading comprehension, and master the best ways to study for exams, so they can earn top grades in A&P. SCB203 is a required course for acceptance into the various highly competitive Health Science programs, such as Nursing and Physical Therapy. In addition, this course (along with SCB204) has been approved for full-credit transfer to ALL four-year universities within the CUNY and SUNY educational system. The boot camp is FREE. Pre-registration is required. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. At the end of the boot camp, a raffle will be held where FREE textbooks and lab manuals will be given away to the lucky winners.
