Our September inspiring entrepreneur is Sandra Stenzel, creator of the Bid Resource Center in Beaumont, Texas, that became the model for federal contracting assistance programs throughout the country. She has also been an editor of a newspaper, ran the Entrepreneurs' Association's Contracting Assistance Program, an advocate for human rights, and a farmer.
