Greetings Alliance Members! We wanted to get a date locked down with you and set up a way of gauging attendance as this will help us finalize one of two potential locations for the event. In either case this next Civic Lab will be in downtown Denver. I am sending this to the single primary contact we have for each organization. Our intent is to keep the event to a manageable size as the goals of this Lab are a bit more work-oriented than the intro lab last year. We'd ask that you reply with the total number of people you intend on attending but also ask that we keep that number somewhat small. Future working group meetings will be even more topic- and pilot-specific and can involved other team members. The event will aim to accomplish the following: introduction of new members governance/operational update update on the discovery process to date demonstrations/presentations (topics: current work, inter-jursictional collaboration, smart city emerging businesses, citizen engagement) breakout work on pilot project areas upcoming Alliance events Please RSVP at your earliest convenience and we will lock down our location.
