About our Speaker Carrie Vanston, The Energy Transformer
Carrie Vanston helps leaders and their teams charge up their core purpose, energize connections with others, and generate creativity and sustainable change. Her Energy Leadership framework shifts energies from fight-flight and compromise to intuitive and genius. This allows executives, professionals, and business owners to be true to themselves, while growing engaged, innovative, and transformational companies.
Previously, Carrie led Corporate Cultures That Rock, focusing on developing amazing business cultures. Earlier, at Technology Futures, Inc. (TFI), she directed the popular MiniTrends Program and its MiniTrends Conference Series. She also co-authored with Dr. John Vanston the award-winning book MiniTrends: How Innovators & Entrepreneurs Discover & Profit From Business & Technology Trends.
Carrie leads the Ambassadors Committee for the Association of Corporate Growth, is an advisor for the Academy of Culture Ambassadors, and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the National Speakers Association Academy.
She provides pro-bono coaching to ICF’s Austin Community Outreach, Mission Capital’s Next Level Leadership Academy, and Catchafire’s social good organizations.
