The Western States Hostage Negotiators' Association (WSHNA) is excited to be traveling to Reno, Nevada for our 32nd Annual Training Seminar. Our 2018 Training Seminar will also feature a full day Negotiation Team Competition on May 3, 2018. Please download an entry form from www.wshna.com. Last year our Competition Event was a major success and quality training experience. Space is limited, so gather your team and enter now. Our Training Seminar will be at the Atlantis Resort & Conference Center just outside downtown Reno. The Training Seminar will be April 30, 2018 to May 2, 2018. Registration & Networking on the evening of April 29, 2018. The host committee from Washoe County Sheriff's Office and Reno Police Department, in cooperation with Visit Reno/Tahoe, is hoping you will come early and/or stay late and enjoy all that Reno/Tahoe has to offer. Of course, keeping with WSHNA standards, the Seminar will provide first-rate presenters to increase your crisis negotiation skills. See you in Reno. We understand that our profession/s has some scheduling challenges (court, special assignments, unplanned events, unusual occurrences, etc...). Thus, registrations are transferrable provided you notify WSHNA via Bruce Wind at [email protected]. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? No. What is the refund policy? Registration cancellations less than 30-days prior to the beginning of the Seminar will not be refunded. Rather, a voucher for the following year's Seminar may be issued at the discretion of the Executive Board.
