This year’s conference will be a two-day event featuring a Candidate Summit and the Lay of the Land Conference. Candidate Summit Luncheon Thursday, April 5 11:00 a.m. - 2:15 p.m. $100 The Candidate Summit is a special event held this year before the Lay of the Land Conference. Candidates for Florida Governor and Florida Agricultural Commissioner will speak individually on topics related to Florida land and agriculture. This event is sponsored by Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate along with agriculture and business organizations across Florida. Lay of the Land Conference Thursday, April 5 2:30 p.m. - Friday April 6 2:00 p.m. $150 The Lay of the Land Conference is an annual gathering of landowners, policymakers, investors and other industry affiliates who want the most accurate, current data about the Florida land market. Guest speakers will share economic, market, sales and regulatory expertise. The Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate experts will provide the most comprehensive report on actual Florida land values, not based on surveys or opinions, for ranchland, farmland, citrus groves, recreational land, timberland, residential development, transitional land, and conservation easements. Guests will receive the NEW Lay of the Land Market Report with 2017 Land Values Data. The Lay of the Land conference is organized and sponsored exclusively by Saunders Real Estate, and is offered to our clients, landowners and related interests.
