The Atlanta Hackers Social is a gathering for members of the Hacker/Maker community found in various universities, including but not limited to Emory, Georgia State, and Georgia Tech. We'll have music, food, as well as games and other activities, so come join us, kick back, relax, and build relationships with peers from other schools! - HOW DO I REGISTER? - Make sure register for a ticket. You don't have to bring a copy of the ticket or anything though! Don't forget to also hit "going" on the Facebook event to let all your friends know that you're spending a Friday night right! Invite at least one friend to the event page and when you arrive, tell the check-in members that you invited someone to get a complementary high five! - IS THERE A DRESS CODE? - Nope. Wear what you're comfortable in, wear something to represent your school -- just wear SOMETHING! Bonus points if you wear something coding-related. - DO I HAVE TO BE A STUDENT OF ONE OF THE SCHOOLS LISTED ABOVE? - Absolutely not! AHS is a gathering for young developers in Atlanta. Whether you've graduated, attend a different school, or don't go to university at all, come join us! - WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING? - An ID (school or state issued is fine!) and yourself.
