Greetings everyone, The Atlanta Professional section of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) invites YOU to a day full of fun on Saturday, April 14, 2018. This is a one-day STEM event designed just for you. It is a chance for middle school (6th to 8th grade) girls to experience the innovation of engineering and technology with fun hands-on activities. Parents, we would like you to join us as well at our Parent program that will be hosted concurrently. You will hear from and network with engineers, university faculty, STEM experts and students. The objectives of the parent program are to educate you on STEM, encourage you and provide ways for you to expose your students to STEM and inform you of what to expect of a college engineering curriculum. Cost of registration is $5 per student and $5 per parent. Please contact Kim Cook-Boyd at [email protected] with any questions or dietary restrictions.
