CONNECT. GROW. THRIVE. | 2018 Vision Trends Annual Member Meeting Join us for the premier Vision Trends membership event of the year. Our goal is to bring our members and vendor partners together to build relationships and conduct business. You have direct access to more than 100 Vision Trends members.This is your opportunity to connect with current customers and engage with Vision Trends members to grow your customer base. Step 1 - Determine sponsorship level This three-day event is designed to bring members and vendor partners together in a family-friendly setting. Last year, more than 50% of our membership attended the meeting. As a Vision Trends preferred vendor partner, your organization is strongly recommended to purchase a sponsorship and participate in the annual Vision Trends Member Meeting. Your company will be featured in the annual meeting program and you will have the opportunity to exhibit and engage with our membership during the designated exhibit and social gathering times. Our members are incentivized to engage with our vendor partners. Member attendance at all sessions, including the vendor exhibit breaks, is required to be eligible to receive a meeting reimbursement and entered into a drawing for some fabulous prizes. Sponsorship levels are as follows: NOTE: Vendor partners that choose not to participate in the annual member meeting will need to provide a written statement regarding their reason for not attending the meeting. Vendor partners that choose not to explain their decision to not participate will be considered inactive. Also included in your sponsorship: Meeting Program: Each sponsoring company will be featured in the vendor guide. Vendors are strongly encouraged to offer a meeting promotion to be included in the vendor guide. Attendee List: You will receive a list of members registered to attend the meeting for your use. This list will be made available 3-weeks and 1-week prior to the event. Submit your completed Sponsorship Form to [email protected]. Space will be limited; please respond by April 1 to secure your space. Vision Trends will send an invoice for payment within the next 5 -7 business days of receipt. Step 2 - Register Meeting Attendees The meeting is designed to maximize your exposure to Vision Trends members, including the owner(s) and their staff. Members will be required to attend the sessions and visit vendor exhibits to receive a meeting reimbursement. Attendance will be monitored. Below is the schedule of activities. It is very important that vendor partners staff their areas during the exhibit times. Click the "REGISTER" button to register all company representatives planning to attend the meeting. All company representatives will be required to have meeting credentials to enter exhibit hall.
