PGE's Diversity Summit 2018 is dedicated to improving fairness and equity in the workplace by recognizing the inherent value of every person and group. At the Diversity Summit, human resource professionals, managers, diversity specialists and employees will learn about various programs and initiatives that promote equality and inclusion. With more than 20 different workshops to choose from, join us to learn how to foster an environment of respect and understanding, so you can build a stronger, more inclusive and competitive organization that reflects the diversity of your workforce and customer base. PERSONS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS OR DISABILITIES Portland General Electric embraces diverse perspectives and backgrounds. We want every participant to feel welcomed and included at the Diversity Summit.
