Constitutional Cases Conference Cancellation Policy: Substitution of registrants is permitted at any time. If you are unable to find a substitute a full refund (less the credit card processing fee) is available if a cancellation request is received in writing 14 days prior to the date of the event. A 80% refund (less the credit card processing fee) will be provided if a cancellation request is received in writing 7 days prior to the date of the event. Except as specified above, no refund will be issued for cancellations.
