What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? You have a choice to fly into Love Field Airport or DFW International Airport. Both airports are approximately 40 minutes away from the meeting hotel. Bus shuttle is not available this year to or from the hotel. Please consider using Uber or a taxi. 2. What are the start and end times for the event? If you are a Producer or Preferred Partner, there will be a special training scheduled for 3pm on May. 6th. General session hours: Monday/ May 7th : 8am - 5pm; Tuesday/ May 8th : 8am - 4pm Please book your return flights after 7pm on Tuesday night! 3. Are meals included? Please let Helen know if you have a special diet request. Monday- Breakfast, Lunch & Tuesday - Breakfast & Lunch 4. How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
