This first meetup for 2018 will be a shared meeting with members of the Austin Brainstorming Entrepreneurs. Our guest expert is Andrew Eisenberg. He is an inventor, intellectual property attorney for Lee & Hayes and member of the Business Success Center Profit Mover Advisory Team™ (PMAT). We will be discussing all intellectual property assets (copyright, trade and service marks, trade dress, trade secrets, and patents) and how they fit into a success plan and how to protect them. Plus, we want to talk about how to deal legally with other people's IP — especially important when using other people's images, copy etc. on the web or in other forms of marketing.
