Answer this riddle without Googling it... (C'mon... give it a try before you look...) There are three switches outside a closed room. There are three lamps inside the room. You can flip the switches as much as you want while the door is closed, but then you must enter just once and determine which switch is connected to which lamp. How can you do it? It’s important to realize that being a problem solver isn’t just an ability; it’s a whole mindset, one that drives people to bring out the best in themselves and to shape their world in a positive way. Join us as we explore fun and innovative ways to solve problems... big and small. Elev8 Monthly is coordinated and hosted by Elev8 Coaching... the proud host of Leadercast Sioux Falls. What is Elev8 Monthly? Elev8 Monthly is a leadership event, open to the public, held on the first Friday of every month from 8:00 am to 9:30 am. People from diverse industries and position levels meet to focus on a relevant leadership topic. Using leadership principles from Leadercast, participants explore topics of coaching, critical thinking, team development, strategic thinking, leadership balance, priority management, effective communication, relationship building, etc. The 3 primary goals of these sessions are to: 1. Promote peer coaching through discussion 2. Arm participants with principles and tools they can implement between sessions 3. Create an environment where natural networking and accountability occurs What is Leadercast? Leadercast, a one-day leadership event broadcast to thousands of locations around the world, is the catalyst for this local event. 2018's theme is Leading You. Save the date!
