PulseLocal Halifax is a networking group for those in Nova Scotia who work in, or are interested in, Customer Success. We meet regularly to share our experiences, learn from each other, and develop a community of Customer Success expertise in this region. As Halifax continues to grow as an innovative centre for technology, it will need to grow as a centre of Customer Success. This will be our fourth meeting, and - as promised - we’re going to continue to profile a company and their Customer Success journey each time. This month Sondra Brunt, Head of Customer Success at Proposify, will be our speaker. Sondra Brunt is an up-and-coming professional with a fresh approach to Customer Success in the startup world. She has been with Proposify since its humble beginnings in 2015, and founded the company’s Customer Success department. Since then, she's has developed the Customer Success process the company uses today. Sondra will share with the group what she's leaned about Customer Success this past year, how she's evolved to their current process, and her plans for scaling up. Register now!
