Considering attending this event, but not sure if it would be beneficial? Some basic cybersecurity topics that you may want to consider for employee awareness training: recognizing phishing attacks understanding the risks associated with the use of social media keeping your systems clean by installing patches and using the latest versions of software; and avoiding public Wi-Fi when using mobile devices such as smartphones or tablets Having your employees understand these cybersecurity issues and how to address them in the workplace could potentially save your business. Your employees are your first line of defense in protecting your business against cyber-attacks! Join us to learn more, this event is for everyone. Technology has evolved and empowered manufacturers in a variety of ways, and companies have become increasingly reliant on computer systems and IT. With the continuing threat of cyber breaches and malicious ransomware, it is critical that manufacturers know how to protect themselves and their clients, against crippling cyber attacks. Please join us for a talk with our featured speaker Pat Toth, with NIST, who helped write the SP 800-171 security controls document and our panelists Mike O’Donnell with Envision IT Partners and Chris Conrardy with EWI. Our guests can provide some cost effective solutions for companies to meet the DoD requirements and basic foundations of cybersecurity including policies, procedures and people.  SPECIAL THANKS TO MANUFACTURE'S EDGE FOR COORDINATING MEP'S PAT TOTH! NOCO Manufacturing Partnership is proud co-host this event with Manufacturer's Edge and CAMA. B2B EVENT FOLLOWING PRESENTATION 5PM-6PMYou are invited to join us following the presentation for the NOCO Manufacturing Partnership B2B event where we will have drinks and light hors d'oeuvres. Please note that due to limited seating, manufaturers will be given first priority registration. RSVP DEADLINE 12/5Email questions to Chirstine Juker, [email protected].
