MREA: Business Planning Clinic Abigail & George Herrera Queens Home Team Join George & Abigail as they walk you through this business planning session and get prepared to make 2018 your best year ever!! When: Thursday, November 30th, 2017 Where: Leonard’s Palazzo 555 Northern Blvd, Great Neck, NY 11021 Time: 9:00 AM-1:00 PM Brunch will be served! Their Story: George & Abigail are Owners and Listing Specialist of the Queens Home Team at Keller Williams Realty Landmark II. The Queens Home Team is a team of 5 Agents and one Administrative Manager who in 2016 closed 69 transactions for a total of $28 million in closed sales volume. In 2017, the Queens Home Team is on track to close 77 transactions for a total of $34 million in closed sales volume. Personally, George & Abigail are on track to close 53 listings in 2017. Thus far in 2017, George & Abigail have taken 40 listings and sold 38 of them. The goal for the Team in 2018 is to close 100 transactions for a total of $50 million in closed sales volume, after which, the team plans to expand into the other boroughs of New York City. As Owners of the company, George & Abigail are responsible for maintaining an effective lead generation system that will keep consistent stream of leads coming into the team. In addition, George & Abigail work closely with their Administrative Manager to create & improve team roles, systems, and standards so that every team member has a very clear picture of how their role fits into the big picture. Lastly, George & Abigail are also responsible for creating a realistic budget based on the MREA budget model. This budget, along with the lead generation, economic, and organizational models help drive growth, productivity, and profitability for the team. Every year the team schedules a retreat where they discuss ideas, strategies, and improvements for the upcoming year. At this meeting, a business plan is derived, goals are assigned, and systems are put in place to execute the plan.
