About the Presenter:

Mindy Fryer is the Lead Grants Coordinator, Trade and Business Development, Texas Department of Agriculture. She leads the team and provides oversight of over 30 different programs. Mindy is an entrepreneur as well as having grown up in an entrepreneurial family. Programs she oversees include Texas Agricultural Finance Authority, State Trade Expansion, Agricultural Research and Education Grant, and Home Delivered Meals Grant Program.
