Flo will introduce her Collaboration Method (one of a series of effectiveness techniques) and enable a few volunteers to learn through role play.
Flo Bowen has a computer science B.S. degree from the University of North Texas and worked as a software designer before starting her own business. She has been a life coach and business coach for five years. She has been actively helping launch Dejalytics (a Tech Ranch alumnus whose mission is to accurately predict energy prices). At Dejalytics everyone is working more as a team, meetings have been a lot more effective, people with stronger personalities have been recognized and dealt with appropriately.
Flo is currently part of their team as C.H.O. (Chief Happiness Officer).
