Chad Jewell, CEO, Austin Office Space, knows how to balance family, work, and community
Chad graduated from University of Northern Iowa with a degree in Finance with a real estate emphasis. After graduation, He moved to Austin, Texas in order to be closer to family and worked for two small Austin brokerage firms as an agent until he could sit for his broker’s license.
He became an independent broker at 25 years old and immediately founded AustinOfficeSpace.com (“AOS”), both as a website and the name of his new company, specializing in office tenant representation. He loves being a broker, but also enjoys running his own business. The feels the skills he learned as president of Pi Kappa Alpha at UNI have helped him succeed in the dual roles. Today, AOS is a boutique firm comprised of 5 real estate brokers and an administrator that closes $35-$50M in transactions a year. AOS exclusively represents tenants looking to lease or purchase commercial space. AOS goal is to structure the most aggressive deal possible while mitigating short and long-term risk for its clients, all at no cost to the client.
Chad is also a proud family man, successfully balancing work and family and community involvement. From time to time, he even gets to work on his book. Hear his journey, thoughts on entrepreneurship, and be inspired.
