Chelsea Collier is the Editor-at-Large and Managing Partner of Smart Cities Connect. She is an avid evangelist for uniting technologists, entrepreneurs and government leaders for the civic and social good. Chelsea is Co-Founder of Impact Hub Austin, Founder of Digi.City, a Principal at Intercambio Group and an Eisenhower Fellow focused on Smart Cities in the US and China.

 

Jenn Gooding is co-principal of PRIME|PR and has over a dozen years in public relations and business development. As former media director for the Austin Chamber of Commerce, she helped put Austin on the map and achieve global media attention for the city as an economic hub for clean tech and smart cities, with articles like this onein TIME Magazine: Red State, Green City: How Austin Has Become America's Clean-Tech Hub. Jenn is also a second-year board chair with TeXchange and the Austin Interactive Marketing Association.
