This seminar provides an overview of the federal and state regulations for commercial motor vehicles operating in MN. Topics include: driver qualification, hours of service, driving rules, vehicle maintenance and inspection requirements, cargo securement, difference in MN interstate and MN intrastate regulations, and drug and alcohol testing.
