Suite 200, Maple Grove, MN 55369 In this hands-on, action-oriented workshop, the entire Market Center leadership team will learn to build, quantify, and communicate value to: Increase the number of market share appointments that meet your Market Center's minimum standards Routinely meet or exceed the 4:1 appointment to gross conversion ratio. Systematically and consistently meet your Market Center's net goal. Generate abundance through profitability for your people and their families-and you and your family. Bruce Virgil: In 2006 Bruce started his KW career as an MCA in Wichita, Kansas and in 2007 he was invited to be one of the MCA Support Analysts (KWMCAngels). During 2008, he took on the role of MCA at the Lake Travis market center. In 2011, the launch of eEdge brought on a new challenge in his career as he joined KWRI as an IT Product Manager of Financial Systems. Throughout his time as Product Manager he assisted with the rollout of the myTransactions portion of eEdge, managed a platform upgrade and feature additions to WinMORE, as well as designing a new online financial statement. In May of 2016, he joined the MCA Division where he now leads the MCA Support Analyst program (KWMCAngels) as the MCA Support Director.
