The New Year is here! Did you set a goal you REALLY want to achieve this year? Maybe you are SO OVER the hype of setting NYE’s resolutions. Either way, the steps to setting S.M.A.R.T. goals are crucial in our personal and professional lives. Kelly Sayre will be sharing a personal story about setting a goal that scared the living daylights out of her and through the ups and downs of reaching her goal, gained so many life lessons that are still valuable today. Everyone in attendance will be able to walk through the steps of setting their own S.M.A.R.T. goal and gain an accountability partner (or maybe a FEW…hee-hee) for 2017.
