Ryan Orr will share with the NSBA the changes in Employement Law's in 2017. Ryan brings his experience as an employment law attorney and administrative law judge to assist employers navigate the complex and ever-changing waters of employment law through consulting and training. Focusing on some of the most common compliance issues as well as the foundations of human resources such as employee handbooks, job descriptions, employee supervision handbooks, discipline, documentation, performance management, HR assessments and investigations, Ryan’s approachable style will put you at ease even in difficult situations. Ryan is a member of the Oregon State Bar. He is a die-hard Duck and Blazer fan. When he isn’t working, he can often be found on the side of a cliff suspended by carabiners and thin strips of nylon.
