Job Seekers of all levels, Employment Specialists, Transition Students & Teachers are invited to join us at this FREE event. Meet dozens of local employers, get your resume reviewed by actual recruiters, and connect with local resources. SCHEDULE Networking 101 Workshop 9am - 10am Learn how to make the most of your experience at the expo and how to become a great life-long networker in this workshop. Plus practice your "elevator pitch" (also known as your professional introduction) to increase confidence when meeting employers.*NOTE: Please make sure to select the option above to get a ticket for this workshop when registering, as space is limited. You do not need to attend the expo to attend the workshop, but we'd love to have you at both! Career Fair 10am - 1pm Network with employers from a wide-range of industries and meet local resource organizations. Tables will be spread out between three nearby rooms. Resume Review 10:30am - 12:30pm Have your resume reviewed by real employers! Just sign up for a time slot when you arrive at the expo. Be sure to bring an up-to-date resume that can be marked on. FAQs Who can attend this event?Job seekers with disabilities, employment specialists, counselors, job developers, support staff, parents, teachers, student, etc.. What should I bring to the event?Although not all employers are able to take resumes, it is recommended that you bring at least a few resumes for those who do. If you have business cards, you may want to bring some as well. You may bring support staff with you but please make sure they register so that we have plenty of space for everyone. No food or drinks will be provided, but you are welcome to bring a water bottle and snacks from home.
