Join chief learning officer Bryon Ellington in this power packed session designed to increase the effectiveness of your training and help your MCs put on impactful KWU classes. Using Ignite as a case study model, Bryon will teach your MC Faculty easy to implement strategies for being a world class trainer for that class and others. As chief learning officer, Bryon's mission is what attracted him to real estate in the first place: to create a faculty, curriculum and online experience that drives the productivity of our agents and offices and is the undeniable market leader. Every decision he makes is focused on providing a clear path for agents and leaders at any level to join KW and grow their business. KWU is like coming home for Bryon. As a second generation Realtor, he's excited to have the opportunity through KWU to help the incredible entrepreneurs who choose this industry to find a better tomorrow. With a background in education and technology, Bryon joined KW in 2002 as a research analyst in the information technology department. After helping to define the technology tools that would most effectively drive associates' businesses forward, he moved to a leadership role with KWU, then went on to the director of research and development, then became chief products officer, and finally, chief operations officer for KW Worldwide before moving to his current role. While his title and function may have changed, Bryon remains true to finding synergistic development of the training and tools that will provide Keller Williams associates with a competitive edge. Bryon says, "I have always been (and always will be) passionate about all aspects of education."
