The High-throughput Sequencing Computational Standards for Regulatory Science (HTS-CSRS) Workshop is an FDA and GW University co-sponsored event, which will be held on March 16 and 17, 2017 at NIH. This is an international consortium effort with members from industry, academia, and regulatory organizations. As funded by the FDA, it targets development of interoperable HTS standards for validating data and computations, and it is synergistic with precision medicine goals.
