Other FAQs Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event? You must show a valid photo ID at check in, and you must be 18 or older to attend this event. No one under 21 will be served alcohol during the evening cocktail reception. What are my transport/parking options getting to the event? There are several public parking lots near the Dr. Phillips Center for Performing Arts in downtown Orlando. What can/can't I bring to the event? Please feel free to bring items that are appropriate for a business meeting, such as laptops, tablets, notebooks, etc. Alcohol, firearms, and dangerous materials will not be permitted. Transfers will be considered up to December 30, 2016 at the discretion of the conference organizer on a case by case basis.
