Speaker List Karl Ronn, Innovation Portfolio Partners Karl is the Managing Director of Innovation Portfolio Partners. Based in Palo Alto, he helps fortune 500 companies create new businesses and helps entrepreneurs start category-creating new companies. Previously, he was vice president of research and development and general manager of new business for Procter & Gamble, where he was one of the key innovators behind several billion dollar brands, including Febreze, Swiffer, and Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. Paul Litvak, Airbnb Paul is a behavioral economist who has held key data science roles at Google, Facebook, and is now managing product at Airbnb. Paul co-founded the data analytics consulting firm, Farsite, which was acquired in 2012. Paul's PhD is in Behavioral Decision Research and he studied at Carnegie Mellon. Merrick Furst, Flashpoint@GT Merrick founded Georgia Tech’s Flashpoint, a first-of-its-kind startup engineering studio that develops formative leaders and exceptional technology startups. Merrick is a Distinguished Professor in the College of Computing. He was the President of the International Computer Science Institute at Berkley, and a professor and Dean at Carnegie Mellon. At Flashpoint, he has worked with hundreds of founders and is developing the discipline of formative leadership. Brooks Robinson, Springbot Brooks is the co-founder and CEO of Springbot, a graduate of Flashpoint's Batch 2. Founded in 2012, Springbot delivers an eCommerce marketing platform to help online business grow their revenue by leveraging advanced revenue attribution and marketing automation technologies. Brooks co-founded telecommunications and information technology company Cbeyond, which was acquired in 2014. Paul Ollinger Paul is a start-up advisor, writer, and stand-up comedian whose material addresses the excitement, stress, and contradictions of the modern business world. He has over 15 years of experience in digital media, having held key leadership positions at LAUNCH.com, Yahoo!, and Facebook.
